“Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Norman and his staff were attentive and friendly throughout the whole process. We were given a quote and then took some time to get other quotes and secure financing. When we were finally ready to commit we let WTPI know and they had our furnace installed within a week! A few days later when the system needed to be balanced Norman was out that afternoon to get everything set up. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process very comfortable and enjoyable. He explained everything very well and even invited us down to check things out every step of the way. I highly recommend WTPI for any job big or small. We will definitely use them again!”

“WTPI was courteous and efficient in solving our problem. They demonstrated a commanding knowledge of their trade and put me and my wife at ease in how professional they were. Should I have needs in the future I will certainly reach out to them as I'm convinced they value integrity and the job will be done correctly at a fair rate. We've had various service folks over years of renting and owning homes. Finally, I was able to be home when they came today. Id have no reservations in them coming back while I'm away at work and my wife and children are at home. Norman and Cory are just warm, solid people.”
